Mizzou Advantage “pitches”

In fall 2012, Mizzou Advantage will provide supplemental funds for existing and emerging networks in the Mizzou Advantage areas.  Networks should be teams of faculty, staff, and students who are already working together on existing or emerging projects; however, they do not need to have been previously funded by Mizzou Advantage.  More…

Travel to visit foundations and funding agencies

These awards are intended to help build critical relationships with agency program offices prior to proposal submissions for significant external funding.  The awards will cover reasonable travel expenses.  More…

Host outstanding scholars to deliver lectures, facilitate the development of joint research, serve as reviewers of MU academic programs, and promote other opportunities for networking.  More…

Hiring opportunities

$50,000 matching funds

Mizzou Advantage has set aside matching, recurring funds to hire 20 faculty members over the next 5 years. These matches, $50,000 each, will be for positions that strengthen the emerging networks within Mizzou Advantage areas.  More…
