REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS: Interdisciplinary Pilot Studies in Translational Science and Biomedical Innovations

The MU School of Medicine, College of Engineering, College of Veterinary Medicine, and Mizzou Advantage initiative announce a Request for Applications for pilot projects in translational science and biomedical innovations. The goal is to support pilot projects of up to $50,000 that will subsequently be highly competitive for external funding. Proposals must reflect strong collaboration across engineering, veterinary medicine, and medicine (at least two schools/colleges). Studies with a strong central theme of translational research and/or biomedical innovation will be given highest priority for funding.
Applications must be received by 5 p.m. on Jan. 20, 2017. The RFA and application form are available at http://medicine.missouri.edu/research/awards.html.
